I guess it’s been a while…

…exactly 9 months, to be exact, since my last post (January 14 2025).

I’m not making excuses, but my life took a couple of unexpected twists, but in good ways. I retired from one career in December 2024, and spent the first few months of 2025 pursuing some part time consulting gigs, including spinning up a cybersecurity consultancy. I had also been adding new virtual machines to my Proxmox server, taking really good notes and screenshots, with the intention to post some blog articles. Then in April, I was unexpectedly offered an amazing opportunity to work with a technology company - and time has just flown by.

So are you back?

Kind of.

It was raining when I woke up this morning and I wanted to procrastinate a bit before doing my chores. I looked at my list of potential blog posts that I had been archiving in CherryTree, and decided to write a couple of articles.

So what did I post?

The first article describes how to spin up a template for linux containers, and the second article shows you how to install a Pi-Hole server in Proxmox.

So, what’s next?

Things are still a bit hectic around here but I hope to be able to post some more articles in the next few weeks again. I hope you enjoy the articles. Drop me a line if you have any comments or suggestions.
